Local wine bar and tasting lounge featuring Pinot Vista estate wines, plus offering other valley boutique wines, outdoor seating, and live music in a relaxed atmosphere.

Pinot Vista is a family affair. Rich Washburn, owner and president, is the face of the winery as you will find him behind the bar in the tasting lounge. He is also primarily involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. His oldest son Cody Washburn manages the vineyard and landscaping operations on the estate, and Tanner, the youngest of the Washburn brothers oversees wine sales, digital marketing, and communications and he also steps up as an extra set of hands for his brother on the farm.

The vineyard estate is located in the western foothills near Salem in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Our rich, clay-like soil provides its nutrient-dense properties to a Pinot Noir vineyard that is accompanied by a hazelnut orchard. The premium location, slope, and overall heavenly terroir is one of the tried and true ingredients for our award-winning Pinot Noir recipe. The Pinot Vista Tasting Lounge was first established in February of 2017, in the McMinnville Mercantile Building in Downtown McMinnville.
