HelloCare was established in 2019 to meet the care needs for seniors in Yamhill County. We create a place for amazing caregivers to do what they do best - help seniors have their best days! Our local nurse-led team serves seniors and families in Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah Counties.

HelloCare is dedicated to helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Headed up by Helen Anderson and Kristy Runge bring more than 20 years of nursing and geriatric experience into every aspect of care.

The agency provides personalized, non-medical home care services, including companionship, personal care, medication support within state guidelines, and assistance with daily activities. HelloCare’s approach is relationship-driven—care plans are tailored to each client’s needs, routines, and preferences, with a strong emphasis on safety, respect, and independence.

What sets HelloCare apart is its clinical leadership. With nurses at the helm, caregivers receive ongoing training and oversight, ensuring high standards of care and clear communication with families. HelloCare also works closely with families and healthcare providers to support smooth transitions and continuity of care.
