In a prior community meeting to discuss this fee increase, it seemed that the 30+ community members were 100% against this increase. No one spoke in favor. Yet, the council passed it. Do these folks not represent the community?

Sheridan citizens got tired of this practice and got the vote to approve any fee increase. I expect to see Willamina go the same way soon.
