What an unexpected surprise!

No one should complain about this at all. Mac W&L has among the lowest utility rates in the State of Oregon. He should definitely be rewarded for continuing to keep the rates low. Before anyone starts complaining, check how this compares to the CEO of PGE and their salary? PGE basically robs their customers every single month!
