I can't BELIEVE you don't have the Second Winds Community Band playing this year. Let's hope you are able to get them back next year as they have been a staple at Wortman park during lunch for as many years as we've been going.

Turkey Rama, McMinnville’s signature summer bash, will celebrate its 56th year this weekend, which, based on official weather forecasts, looks to be near perfect.
Near perfect weather? Which forecast? Accuracy has never been a strength of the weatherman, but every local forecast is calling for rain. As the 'warmers' always spout, 'there is a consensus that says you are wrong!'

I agree with Tuvey -- we'll miss Second Winds at Turkey Rama! The band sounded great at the Lafayette Fourth of July picnic.
