With a $2 Million dollar budget deficit getting ready to be 'pawned-off' onto McMinnvilleans' Utility Bills, the utterly shameless McMinnville City Council embraces another fool-hardy fiasco championed by the Planning Director.

I am not surprised at the projection of the Rasputin-esque 'mind-trick' colloquially referred to as 'The Three Mile Lane Plan' foisted by the Planning Director upon the McMinnville City Council-who also are 'card carrying members of the Dufi'.

McMinnville has a 'Downtown core' to 'die for' that is, if McMinnville was managed correctly.

Another Big-box store? Destruction of a neighborhood? Mixed use commercial and residential high-density developments? Screw this idea.

And not to forget the mention of...the incredibly stupid pursuit of an 'innovation center'.
