Be released to Susan Faulkner ? or she is going to release them to a responsible party ....

After losing her appeal and being reprimanded for using AI inappropriately to hallucinate nonexistent legal arguments, Sandra still continues to argue that the judge, the city, everyone else but her is at fault. We need stricter penalties and laws to force irresponsible and reckless pet owners like Sandra to pay their fines and restitution to victims. That would be fair.

It would be nice to know the definition of 'Responsible Party' as it relates here. I'll bet the neighbors of the Responsible Party would like to know about what is now in their midst.

Non existent legal arguments? My appeal was dismissed, it was a limited appeal that reviewed the sentence for constitutional errors using the single standard of "shocking the conscience of the average person. " This is the legal standard for SUBSTANTIATIVE DUE PROCESS only, and limited appeals do in fact review for legal errors and sentences which exceed statutory authority, which the judge did not do in my appeal, but I did have a right to that review. The judge refused to consider statutory arguments during my appeal which I clearly made and backed up with case law.

As for these recent events, please look at ORS 609.090(6) and see if you can determine what the alloted time was? What dog control board or county governing body issued this decision? McMinnville has no dog control board and it isn't a county governing body, so no statutory authority to issue these decisions.

To the idiot spouting off in the comments, there is zero argument about fault. When people lie to have your innocent animals taken, then the cops hide them from you on a farm with no kennel license, that should be frowned upon and they should have been returned with an apology.

The two offending dogs never went to a sanctuary. They never went to any kind of sanctuary, licensed or otherwise. The city never contacted a sanctuary to place them in. They are in private homes with private owners as I have been in contact with their keeper and part of this entire process. They never left Oregon. I filed repeatedly for equitable relief for the city's failure to perform this negotiated plea term, as well as for putting my dogs in an unauthorized kennel. The sanctuary lie needs to stop.

MissyMouse- Pearl and Totem are not aggressive at all, to people or animals. The other dogs were homed to a house with dogs and cats, and the other home has children. The 'responsible party' is also a wolfdog owner whose wolfdog has escaped her property in the past.

For example, a judge can order payment of kennel fees that are authorized by statute, but not otherwise. Obviously a random farm with no kennel licensing, that is not an impound facility is not authorized by statute. That order should have been void. Period. I fully agree that the legal issues in my case are CRAZY but they are very real and always backed up with evidence, what the law actually says, and case law.
