Nearman should take personal responsibility for his own actions and resign. Not only did his reckless act, threaten the legislature and hurt the police officers protecting them, but his actions have also prevented him from being able to represent his constituents.

The fact that he hasn't resigned yet shows that he not only holds the legislature and the law in contempt but he also has no respect for the very people he was sent to Salem to represent. He is a failure and a discrace and it seems his only goal is in waisting everyones time.

The actions of one endangered a whole lot of others. This cannot go unpunished.
