I wonder how she's going to be able to get them caught up on vaccinations if the USDA has not approved a rabies vaccine for wolf hybrids.

I fail to see why she isn't doing prison time for contempt of court for refusing to pay previous fines. And why new fines were added when the old ones still have not been paid. So nothing happens when she refuses to pay except that our tax money has to cover the cost of sheltering the dogs she won't get back?
