For 30 years FYC has been allowed to delay and obstruct UGB plans, whether the appeals have substance or not. At some point they must be held accountable for extra expenses when the appeals are designed to only delay final decisions. Being obstructionists is their main objective, always has been. They care little for the dollars wasted defending the appeals, money which could be put to real problems. From this view, lack of conscience must be top of the list for membership approval!

FYC also cares little about housing costs and therefore the ability of women and children to escape unsafe home situations. They should have to pay recovery costs for each appeal denied.
