It seems like the fines need to be a heck of a lot higher for the danger posed.

Have been reading the comments on NextDoor. The dog owner seems to have no idea that she did anything wrong. She accuses everyone of lying about her and has never, at least not that I've seen, apologized to the people whose pets were killed by her out-of-control wolf dogs. I suggest psychiatric care - while in prison.
