That building is not going to fit into the Historic Downtown look. It's bad enough we have the monstrous Atticus Hotel that sticks out like a sore thumb, on 4th street, we don't need a gigantic modern building amidst the historic buildings downtown.

Yokel - they're the developers, but who will be the eventual owner of the building? Sometimes those are one in the same, but typically not.
