In the past, I've seen him always carrying a firearm wherever he walks. He's got his share of Nazi tats. He loves to draw in chalk on neighborhood sidewalks extremely hateful stuff to scare the neighbors, too. Stay away from him and call police if spotted.

Miller should be considered armed and dangerous. He is a real threat to the safety and security of anyone near him. I have few doubts that when police try to arrest him that he will not go willingly. No one should approach him, as he has little regard for the sanctity of another's life.

I don't understand why the people hosting him have allowed his behavior towards their neighbors to continue for so long. The city ordinance allowing people to camp in driveways needs to be revamped to protect neighborhoods when there are problems with the guests and the host won't deal with it.

He is in the county jail now. I heard he was picked up somewhere in Polk County.
