Seems that public support for an incumbent has it’s benefits.

isn't it cheaper just to use satellite imagery instead of photos from an airplane? Google has res at both 15cm and 30cm per pixel. I would think either of those are fine for the county needs.

Otis - The whole thing seems a little too much "big brother" to me. Why aren't Starrett and Berschauer all over this? I agree, the same result could be accomplished without spending this amount of money and resource.
