Dayton Water & Septic systems can't handle a Hotel Complex of this size. Do they plan to fix that along with the new Construction?? Last I noticed, the business spaces in the old Putt's Mkt & U.S. Bank are still empty. Our little town will be eaten up if this actually comes to pass. This is IMHO...
