Yes, we probably do need a facilities upgrade. But with a $2 million deficit in the city budget, how do they think we're going to finance this? (Aside from adding more utility fees and business taxes)

Well, $200M of the BBB plan is 'earmarked' for a national park near Speaker Pelosi's home -- and way back when the Presidio was declared a national park, it was to be solvent and self-sufficient 15 yrs. later -- fat chance (like so many other 'supposed-to-bes')! After all the other elected leeches get their share, there won't be much left for the small, under represented needs.
