MW&L staff has not quadrupled since moving into our facility, however, since moving to our new building in 1989, our customer base has more than doubled from 8,200 electric customers and 5,000 water customers in 1989 to 17,200 electric customers and 12,200 water customers today. To meet the needs of the growing customer base and for future population growth in McMinnville, we project a staff increase of at least 5 to 10 percent in the next 10 to 20 years.
