Mac PD seeks info on reported gunshots

The McMinnville Police Department is seeking community assistance with any information regarding a report of multiple gunshots near Northeast Burnett Road and Evans Street at 9:51 p.m. on Feb. 18.

Mac PD officers and deputies with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office responded Wednesday evening to the area and contacted several witnesses. Witnesses reported hearing yelling followed by multiple gunshots.
