"Last year’s Housing Needs Analysis determined 59% of future homes need to serve the 120% area median income or less households." So, $84,000 is the median household income, so what price of home serves those households?
Anyone else concerned about the amount of time and money spent on consultants? Wouldn't the actions identified by a consultant be similar for all cities? If so, couldn't the city share a consultants fee with other cities?
