Recology is double dipping here. Residential customers pay for curbside recycling of yard debris. And if they hire a landscaping/lawn maintenance company to take care of their yard, that customer will pay a 2nd time, because the landscape company won't just absorb the Recology increase. Then Recology re-cycles the yard debris into mulch, which they in turn sell to consumers. Sorry Recology. I'm not buying your excuse. It's unfortunate you have consumers over a barrel here, as we have limited options for disposing of yard debris and also for purchasing mulch, bark, rock etc. I used to be a big fan of your company... not so much anymore.
