Did the girl scouts put up a new flag?

Absolutely. The flag as you can see was very torn. During the window of time between their original date to do the ceremony and the reschedule as wind storm torn it to shreds so our PW team did remove it and place the new flag on the pole but for the ceremony the original plag was given one last raise so it could be retired appropriately and then the new flag rehung again
