Joseph "Joey" Trent Hawkins - 1999-2018

On Saturday, September 15, 2018, Joseph "Joey" Trent Hawkins passed away suddenly at the age of 19. To know Joey was to love Joey. His charm, wit, sarcasm, contagious smile and laugh were his trademarks. He loved his family fiercely and he was the life of the party. He was passionate about his Harley, the Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners. He was never wrong, and even if he was, by the end you were convinced otherwise. He was the brightest of bright lights, put out all too soon. Joey will lovingly be remembered by his parents, Michael Hawkins and Jeneise Lukins; step-parents, Toby Lukins and Jennifer Hawkins; siblings, Marysa, Mariena, Jett, Adrian, Whitney, Dakota, Jordan, Krystal, and Katie, J.T., Diezel, Adi, Emma and Morgan; his grandparents, Paul Bowen and Jackie Bigler; and his girlfriend, Tatum.
