A few days ago when Gov. Brown was commenting on the wildfires, she 'blamed' the 'climate crisis' for these recent wildfires (the Bootleg was started by lightening). The forests of Oregon burn because of heavy fuel buildup on the floor and thick stands to trees. Solution -- chase the tree-huggers out of the forests and let the loggers back in -- thin and clean -- that's correct forest management.
It's rather difficult to arrive at a logical, doable solution when the focus is solely on a hypothesis (AGW).
