Lafayette native Nickole Lee, who now lives in Newberg, is selling baked goods online through her company, Emerald Goods.

Lee grew up in Lafayette, attending Wascher Elementary School and McMinnville High School. She said she started her bakery because she enjoys baking, especially making bread.
