"There were 4,500 registered library users on June 30, 2919." Copied directly from your article. Hard to believe any numbers you publish when you print a year such as 2919.

Is it possible that there are no new numbers as of June 30, 2020 for a number of reasons? And that the 2019 year is correct? I believe the library was actually closed due to Covid 19 as of that time in 2020.
