Stress is part of life but not everyone is prepared to handle it, especially when so much of it is piled upon us.

There are alternatives to dealing with stress. You can go the self-help route or seek professional help. A good resource for those struggling with stress is Yamhill County Adult Behavioral Health (McMinnville and Newberg locations) as they offer a variety of programs and counseling for a nominal fee if your insurance does not cover it. Check with you Primary Care Physician for a referral to a program that they suggest.

Whatever your stress level - if you are struggling - then please get help. There is no sin in seeking the help of others and maybe after you've been helped you will be able to pass it on and help someone else...
