I have a problem with once again, responsible citizens paying the price for irresponsible citizens. Quadrupling a license fee to responsible dog owners to cover the cost of dog owners who abandon or fail to contain their dogs isn’t right or fair. Can we please look for other ways to solve this problem without immediately going to the “just charge more” solution.
