There is a 100% chance these boutique motels are going to be approved. They’ve been operating for a few years already. Land use laws are just a formality for us billionaires. P Diddy had one rented out for one of his famous Freak Offs. A classy one though.

There are some limits....for now. Remember, the mega hilltop hotel/resort in the Dundee Hills was turned away 10 years ago.
It seems they have to be B&B style and can't be a 100 room monstrosity to get county approval.

Hey, if farmers want to have a B&B on their property to make some extra cash I got no problem with that.
