I would like to know what exactly what aspects of the ordinance that the DLCD objected to and why. My own personal opinion is that rural residents of Yamhill County are already impacted by the hoards of sophisticated drunks who patronize the wineries. We should not have to contend with folks who are DUII on the functional equivalent of LSD. One would also hope that the State of Oregon and Yamhill County are not once again entering into a criminal conspiracy with drug traffickers to expropriate the private property of innocent victims for the purposes of committing Federal felonies by issuing address specific grow site, processing and treatment permits to tenants or anyone else without the knowledge or consent of the property owner.
