I get it, but maybe we can figure out our budget issues and live within our means first. Would you put in a new pool if you couldn't make your house payment?

BigfootLives:The city DID fix their budget problems! They slapped a $13 per month utility fee on everyone, and now, they're spending all their new-found money!

Cub- Yep. Seems to me that $250,000 is 1/8th of the budget shortfall. I wonder why they waited until the new $13 was in place before they went forward with this.
