How much money, sorted and identified by FUND: [GENERAL FUND, URBAN RENEWAL DISTRICT (URD) FUND, AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUND and any and all other FUNDS-identifying source], has been spent as of [ Sunday, (June 19, 2022)] on the 'Third Street Project'?
Should McMinnville conduct a 'Ballot Measure' to ensure all landscaping options, financial costs and obligations are clearly communicated to provide maximum participation and accountability to the 'Third Street Project'?
Should a 'Ballot Measure Fee' be incorporated into permits for the 'Third Street Project' to pay for the 'Ballot Measure' costs?
The Business property owners located on 'Third Street' are going to reap more than the 'Lion's share' of the economic development funds generated from the project-What does the average Joe and Josephine McMinnville get out of the deal(s)?
'Cash Talks'-extracting money from taxpayers under the guise of 'Civic Pride participation' while a few 'rake in the cash' doesn't seem 'equitable' to me.
