I thought we had a policy for flag displays, and the mayor followed it appropriately. I have a sick feeling that the new policy will force the rainbow flag up the pole for some reason. Sorry for the visual, but hey, it's Oregon.

Maybe we can have an emergency naked bike ride to raise awareness.
