20 law enforcement officers to secure the house including ATF officials? LOL, seems to be a little bit of overkill by the prosecution.

Couldn't agree more. If a team of two wouldn't suffice, surely a team of four would do the trick.

Does anyone know this was a mental health crisis? Treatment would be an option in any other state.

TLewis, i would have to think that he was already found to be of good mental health or his lawyer would have been talking about it and trying to get it postponed or thrown out if he was found mentally insufficent.

Yamhill County Mental Health sucks!!! Hopefully, he will get the help he needs, and his family can heal. Also getting the facts of actual events will help give a better picture of the situation. Picking and choosing which facts you put in an article is not fair to anyone.
