What, are we averaging one arrest a week with these freaks? I'll never understand the sickening, criminal mindset of someone who gets their jollies watching child and animal sexual assault porn, but equally puzzling is the complete willingness to gamble that they aren't going to get caught. I think the sentencing statutes need to be changed to require life sentences, but not sure the taxpayers would want to pay what it would take to build the number of prisons we'd need to hold all these perverts.
