A New Generation

I think it's hilarious that in print there is a "public hearing on proposed zoning changes that would allow construction of a subdivision" when in fact it's already underway! The land has been stripped, roads are bing put in place, heavy equipment has been operating all summer. Seems like putting the cart before the horse, unless it's already been assured by the City. Who are they kidding?
