Enforcement instead of appeasement works... who would have thought? The City has been coddling these people for years and encouraging the behavior through a dedicated officer who encourages them to move along without consequence. Now there are consequences it seems people begin to listen.

Trying to understand why it's necessary for citizens to report violations when it should be obvious to the PD if they are driving around town. Might want to take a drive down Marsh Lane, Dustin Ct. or McDaniel. Just saying.
