This is great news! Sorely needed and a great location.... outside of the nicer parts of town but still close enough in to be able to get to easily.

If there is no change to the entry/exit on that site, those attempting either might have a longer wait than should be expected.
The signal-controlled intersection (13th/Riverside Dr.) will not be an easy workaround for access or exit.

Agree with Don Dix... It will be hard to enter and exit, given traffic on Lafayette Ave. Also, many homeless/ low income people rely on the redemption money from cans and bottles they collect and return to stores all across town. Does this new center mean the local stores will stop redemption? I wouldn't blame them if they do. It's a dirty, labor intensive service. However, it will be harder for the homeless, or people with no vehicle to get to this new location.
