No matter how good the program is, handing over $500,000 without reviewing the organization's plan is fiscally irresponsible.
Why am I not surprised that a professional approach to money management is ignored by one of our commissioners. What's the rush?

She probably got mad at George Fox. Keep in mind that the initial allocation didn't smell good either, but now she wants to change it up on her own whims. We could fake shocked faces, but we all know the truth.
