And this is the reason why the landfill should be shut down. David still needs to keep fighting Goliath. Just because we've started shipping our garbage north doesn't mean stop the fight. Also, it's too bad the fine wasn't higher, like two more zeros added, $84,0000.

And these types of events are the exact reason you don't locate a landfill next to a waterway.....I wonder where that intermittent creek leads?
