Professor to give his 'last lecture'
Gilden, who joined the faculty in 1983, is planning to retire at the end of the school year. His talk is part of Linfield’s “last lecture” series, which gives retiring faculty the chance to deliver a final presentation to the community.
Gilden earned a bachelor’s at the University of California, a master’s at California State University at Los Angeles and a Ph.D. at the University of Houston. He participated in a post-doctoral fellowship in 1982 at Oregon Health Sciences University. His areas of interest include social and health psychology.
The lecture is being sponsored by the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations. For more information, contact Debbie Harmon Ferry, director of alumni relations, at 503-883-2607 or email@example.com.
