This will be a good choice by the city. Put more houses next to the railroad tracks. If approved, they'll be just as dumb as messing up Alpine Ave.

The McDaniel Lane project is a good opportunity to increase the supply of market rate affordable housing in a good location close to services, transportation and schools. The parcel immediately adjacent to the north is already developed in multi-family, so a the re-zone makes it compatible with existing use in the immediate neighborhood.
