The NR could provide a valuable service to the loyal reading public by providing the following information:

List all Consultant costs sorted by Development projects and ongoing obligations including all proposed and ongoing residential developments.
List the "Total Debt incurred and Debt Services obligations" for the aforementioned projects.

List the 'Total Debt incurred and Debt Services obligations' for all Urban Renewal Areas in McMinnville and the property owner's identities (where appropriate) of those who are compelled to pay the increased taxes.

Discuss the Status of the 'Bridge Loan' which siphoned off [$4.25 Million dollars] from the Water Pollution Control Plant's Capital Budget for the dumber then a horses rump [R&B real estate gamble].

*The McMinnville City Council should:

**Eliminate the following budget allocation related to the 'Parks Bond' boondoggle: From Mr. Unger's NR article, "The city allocated $150,000 for costs related to placing the measure on the ballot, and $70,000 for community engagement."

**Eliminate the proposed 'Parks Bond' in toto. McMinnville's taxpayers cannot absorb any more indebtedness.

David S. Wall...McMinnville's City Council Development decisions represent a 'train wreck' in progress.
