That is very significant for a snapshot of Yamhill County. For those who have quality jobs there is no problem, but for those who don't the situation is dire. Also, there are so many homeless and dysfunctional families.

"Through November of this year, the county was averaging 29 foreclosures a month" and "Yamhill County logged the biggest increase in foreclosures this year of the 20 Oregon counties tracked by Gorilla Capital, the state’s largest buyer of foreclosed properties."
