Molly is responsible for business news, religion news, social issues, and the Senior Focus page in Saturday's Connections section.
She also job-shares with Marna Porath to compile the weather report and process the community and events calendar listings.
A West Salem resident, Molly joined the staff in January 2008.
Prior to her position at the News-Register, she spent many years at the Curry County Reporter in Gold Beach, a weekly newspaper her family owned for decades. Her tenure there included a variety of positions from darkroom technician to reporter to publisher. The family sold the newspaper in 2006.
