Yamhill cancels March 6 planning commission meeting

A public hearing on annexation of two Van Dyke properties will be rescheduled for April.

During that hearing, the commission will consider changing the zoning on one of them, an 18-acre parcel at Highway 240 and Stillers Mill Road, to light industrial. It will consider changing the zoning of the other, a 12-acre parcel next to Beulah Park, to residential.

When it next meets, the commission also plans to conduct a review of its capital improvement plan, discuss allowing drive-up windows at businesses and consider the zoning of a property at 285 S. Maple St. For more information, call 503-662-3511.
