McMinnville police Friday night seized three pounds of marijuana from an SUV and arrested three people, two from Indiana and one from Medford.
Taken into custody were:

. . . Gabrielle Rena Suissa, 20, of Columbus, charged with one count each of attempted delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance/marijuana; booked on $20,000 bail.
Sgt. Tim Symons gave this account:
A citizen called the Yamhill Communications Agency dispatch center about 6:30 p.m. to report that a female approached her in the Safeway parking lot and offered to sell her marijuana.
Officers arrived and began checking for the suspect identified by the caller. She was located near Burger King.
Macomber, Petrey and Suissa, who allegedly tried to strike the drug deal, were connected to a 1995 GMC Jimmy that was parked in the Burger King lot and reportedly was out of gas. The driver's window was partially down when officers began searching the vehicle, and a strong odor of marijuana was detected.
Suissa was a confirmed medical marijuana card holder out of California, but the amount she was legally able to possess was one-quarter pound.
She and her acquaiantances were taken into custody.
