"Below 6,000 feet, it's actually tearing snow off,"Shawn Weagle (NWS) said. For a few hours, Shawn, for a few hours. The freezing level dropped to 3100 feet by Saturday morning, and Ski Bowl (3900') had 8 inches by Sat. @ noon. No more 'tearing'.
Common sense is a real threat to the government's hype and fear act we witness so often.
