DO IT! Get Yamhill County to do it too!! Imagine walking down 3rd street without inhaling some jerk's 2nd smoke! Or taking your kid to ANY park around the area without them having to be exposed to it on the playground.

DONT DO IT! They should make laws against ignorant people like you from opening your mouth. Why take away my right to walk down the street doing what I want to do because you feel like it is harming you in some way. Second hand smoke is not and will never be a health risk in the out door setting it is no more harmfull than the toxic waste called words that most people spew from there lips each day. you stop them from talking and I will stop smoking.
