Although, I love to run Ultra's for other reasons than running for beer!
I love ultrarunning because of being in the woods, community and the challenge of what mountain ultra races bring. Running has saved my life from chronic illness & addiction to prescriptions. Just 4 short years ago I started running and my life has been filled with adventure. The woods are filled with so much beauty ~ you don't find this kind of beauty running on the road passing traffic. Get up and get moving!
