Carlton woman located wet and cold, but OK
UPDATE: 5:30 p.m. Thursday
Connie Barrett was located about 5 p.m. on Main Street in east Carlton. She had been reported missing since early Wednesday.
Barrett was wet and cold, but apparently OK, according to Carlton police.
Medics tended to her at the scene.

CARLTON - Connie Barrett, 61, of Carlton, has been reported missing, according to Police Chief Kevin Martinez. She was last seen about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at her home.
She is described as 5-foot-4, 220 pounds with graying hair.
Concern about Barrett's welfare is heightened by the fact she has medical issues. Her mobility is fairly limited. She does drive, but there is no indication she left the area in a vehicle, and it's unknown if she boarded a Yamhill County Transit Area bus at any time.
